Off they go!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n When they got to school, Bubbie realized that it was the same place she attended nursery school 52 years ago! \u00a0Great Bubbie GoGo met them in class. \u00a0Joey loved climbing up the incline wedge and rolling the balls down it.<\/p>\n Joey did participate in the art project (see photo below), but he preferred the time he spent at “indoor recess” because he got to throw balls around the gym. \u00a0When I asked Joey about his picture later, he kept saying “nana” and pointing to the yellow paint. \u00a0I was so impressed! \u00a0Bubbie said he painted the entire picture himself (except his name) and that he did a good job because he was so used to dipping.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Bubbie said Joey really enjoyed snack time (graham crackers and bananas), even taking the “left overs” from his next door neighbor. \u00a0We forgot to pack a sippy cup and he did an excellent job drinking out of a “big boy” cup!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n After working up an appetite at school, they headed to Taboun<\/a> for some Israeli food. \u00a0Joey loved dipping the pita in the hummus. \u00a0He also loved the pickles.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Time for a burger and fries (although he mostly ate fries)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Enjoying his first lollipop ever!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Next, they headed to Rosenblum’s<\/a> in Skokie. \u00a0Joey CLEANED up! \u00a0When I got home, he had a ton of new board books in bed with him. \u00a0When we got to Bubbie and Zeyde’s for Shabbos, he had several new kippot and an entirely new shabbos set (see photos below).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Blessing over the wine<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Saving some for later<\/p>\n Enjoying some challah<\/a><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Preggos ready to eat!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Fun with mommy and Aunt Michy<\/p>\n Dope<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Waiting patiently with Breanna for Bubbie to pick him up Off they go!
