We had very exciting January 31, 2011. Zeyde got a new hip so that he could get back to doing everything he used to do. It’s only been 48 hours, but he’s already doing laps in the hallway!
Surgery was supposed to start at 7:45AM, but it took a while to knock Zeyde out so it didn’t start until 9. Fortunately, Bubbie FINALLY got an iPhone so we spent that time getting her set up (and taking a trip to the gift shop).

Last night we went to visit Zeyde. He’s not quite feeling like himself yet, even turning down Portillo’s Chocolate Cake!
