Greg and I went under contract on our condo last week. We’re supposed to close June 9th….Yes, we both think it’s a little insane to move just 3 weeks after Baby Goodman arrives. What’s more insane is that we’ll be homeless as well. Chances are, we will not close on our next home in time, which means we’re going to become suburbanites for a while! Off to Highland Park we’ll head with Baby Goodman and Pippin in tow. It’ll be a good test of whether Greg can manage the commute, how we each feel about suburban life and how patient Zeyde Silverman will be with a screaming infant at 3AM.
Throughout the past few weeks we’ve viewed dozens of potential homes. We’ve gotten a kick out of how others live. We’ve especially enjoyed the hoarders, the stagers and the slobs. Keep your fingers crossed that we’ll be under contract on our next home soon!
