We ended up getting trapped there until 10PM, as Obama was attending a fundraiser across the street and we weren’t allowed out of the garage.

Joey slept at Bubbie and Zeyde’s and finally slept through the night for the first time at their place downtown! He didn’t get to bed until 10:30, but slept until 7:45 the next morning!
They spent the morning out and about. He loved pushing the stroller down the sidewalk instead of being in it.

We took a small road trip on Saturday afternoon to go to our cousin Matt’s going away party. He’s headed to Afghanistan in just a few weeks so we wanted to spend some time together before he left.
Matt’s dad has the coolest toys! Joey’s a little young to appreciate them, but they still made for a good photo op!
